Recipe

• Glassware: Collins/Tall
• 50ml Sloane’s Gin
• 125ml San Pellegrino Orange
• Angostura bitters

Pour Sloane’s and San Pellegrino Orange into a tall ice filled glass. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange wheel.
