Sloane's Summer Picnic

Created by Dan Pollard from The Violet Hour in Didsbury, the Sloane’s Summer Picnic uses simple everyday ingredients to create a delicious summer cocktail.  Serve in a Jam Jar for extra effect!

Recipe

• Glassware: Tumbler or Jam Jar
• 50ml  Sloane’s Gin
• 12.5ml Elderflower Cordial
• 25ml fresh lemon juice
• 25ml pressed apple juice
• 1 bar spoon marmalade
• 10ml vanilla essence

Shake all ingredients and strain into a crushed ice filled glass.
Garnish with fresh mint and a lemon slice
