Grandma Sloanes Tea Time Tipple

  • Glassware: Teacup
  • 50ml Sloane’s Gin steeped with Vanilla Rose Pouchong tea for 10mins at room temperature
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 10ml rose syrup
  • Egg white
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Violet essence atomiser

Dry shake, then hard shake over cubed ice. Served straight up in grandma’s finest China teacups.
Give a quick spray with the violet essence and garnish with two vanilla macaroons.
