Recipe
- Glassware: Teacup
- 50ml Sloane’s Gin steeped with Vanilla Rose Pouchong tea for 10mins at room temperature
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml rose syrup
- Egg white
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Violet essence atomiser
Dry shake, then hard shake over cubed ice. Served straight up in grandma’s finest China teacups.
Give a quick spray with the violet essence and garnish with two vanilla macaroons.
